Culture and population of Nepal
Browse and learn about the customs of the Nepalese people
Helambu Trek is one of the cultural treks of Nepal. This trek has a scenic view of the mountains, landscapes and villages of Nepal though it is more popular among trekkers with regard to its cultural aspects. You can still see the mountains but they are not very close in comparison to what you can see from the Annapurna Region or the Everest Region. During the trip, you can experience Buddhist culture and you have a possibility to observe the daily life of local people living in the countryside, their culture and traditions.
