Episode 2

Many of you are dreaming to be in Everest Base Camp trek but worrying about high altitude sickness? Here we have sort out the safest way of Everest Base Camp trek. All of you can manage it that does not have any serious health problems. Few things you need to know is that while ascending once you are above 3000 meters, you have to take an acclimatization day to make your body adjust with less oxygen level.

Depending on people for some people one day of acclimatization can work well and for some might need another day before heading to 4000 meters. After you are already in 4000 meters you have to take another acclimatization day before going up to 5000 meters. Each day while ascending if you ascend about 300 -350 meter higher there is always more possibility that your body can adjust with altitude level.

After the acclimatization day you have to realize yourself if you are well acclimatized or not and in case you don’t feel well, you need an another extra day for acclimatize, do it before you start you next ascend to 5000 meters. The best way of avoiding the high altitude mountain sickness is a slow ascend, enough acclimatize walk and taking more liquids like water about three liters a day, soup specially garlic soup is very good for acclimatization.
